蒋君祥,1971年出生,江苏宜兴人。1989年进入东北大学材料与冶金学院学习,先后取得学士与硕士学位,1996年留校任教。1998年赴日本广岛大学留学,取得工学博士学位。先后任广岛大学工学研究科客座研究员,大阪大学产业科学研究所特任研究员。2007年回国,进入中国科学院上海技术物理研究所工作至今。主要从事热电材料、电子封装材料、多晶硅物理提纯法与设备的研究。
